Dipl. Pflegefachfrau HF / Dipl. Pflegefachmann HF Psychiatry (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• Professional care and support of patients in the psychiatric environment
• Planning, implementation, and evaluation of the individual nursing process
• Observation and assessment of the mental and physical state of health
• Promotion of independence and support in daily and day structuring
• Recognition of crisis situations and initiation of suitable nursing measures
• Shaping of a professional therapeutic relationship with the patients
• Collaboration with doctors, psychologists, therapists, and other specialists
• Professional guidance and support of employees
• Ensuring complete nursing documentation

Your profile:

• Completed training as dipl. Pflegefachfrau HF or dipl. Pflegefachmann HF
• Professional experience in the psychiatric field is an advantage
• Good German language skills in speaking and writing
• High degree of empathy and social competence
• Mental resilience and professional handling of demanding situations
• Independent, structured, and responsible way of working
• Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
• Willingness to work shift services depending on the employing company

Working regions:
Various regions in German-speaking Switzerland, depending on the employing company.
