In this role, you will strengthen the Customer Support & Operations business unit in the Brokers, Direct & Partnerships area at Zurich Schweiz and make an important contribution to our mutual success. As an Insurance Expert SME & Life, you are part of the Business Insurance & Direct Life team. You competently support interested parties and existing SME customers in developing suitable insurance solutions, accompany them from the clarification of needs to the closing, and reliably complete the associated administrative tasks - including offers in the Life sector. In doing so, you actively maintain relationships with our customers, respond to their individual concerns, and ensure high-quality long-term care. What awaits you * You advise our SME customers by telephone and sell our attractive insurance products. * You follow up on your created offers and convert them into successful closings. * You process written inquiries efficiently and reliably to identify further sales opportunities. * You provide competent information on insurance questions in the SME sector and support decision-making. * You maintain our customer base.
