WHAT YOU DO

As a sales advisor at H&M, you play a central role in creating a unique customer experience. The interaction between your actions and our values contributes to your personal success as well as that of H&M.

You:

• share your knowledge of fashion and products to accompany our customers in their shopping experience.
• work in a team to offer first-class service.
• can communicate in German (at least level B1) in order to create a positive shopping experience.
• ensure that the sales floor and stock are well-supplied and organized.
• can be yourself and represent the H&M group positively.
• ideally have initial experience in retail or in a service-oriented position.
