We are looking for our new Head of Steel Technology Division (100 %) per immediately or by arrangement The following tasks await you: • Leadership and continuous development of the sales team • Responsible for the creation and achievement of budget and target specifications • Active advice and support of our customers • Customer-oriented processing of inquiries, orders up to invoicing • Sales management of the field service • Responsible for optimal inventory management and assortment design • Responsible for optimal processes from inquiry to delivery • Development and implementation of sales promotion measures • Member of the group's steel technology specialist team What you bring with you: • Several years of sales and leadership experience • Technical training or commercial basic training with a technical flair further commercial training is an advantage • Product knowledge in structural steel • Strong customer orientation with high commitment • IT knowledge (MS Office, ERP) with interest in digital solutions A challenging task with responsibility and high self-determination awaits you.
