Your environment

The Salvorta psychotherapy ward is an openly managed ward with 30 beds. At the center of our therapeutic concept is Mentalization-Based Treatment (MBT). We treat women and men with depression, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive, eating, trauma-related, and personality disorders. Another focus of treatment is the therapy of pain disorders and decompensated tinnitus. Additionally, the psychotherapy ward offers six beds for mother/father-child treatment.

Your tasks

• You accompany and support patients within the framework of an individual psychotherapeutic treatment process
• As a nursing reference person, you take responsibility for the planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing and treatment
• You advise and accompany relatives and involve them in the treatment process in a resource-oriented manner
• You actively contribute your professional observations and assessments to interprofessional cooperation
• You plan, lead, and evaluate nursing group therapies
• You network with internal and external specialist agencies and contribute to continuous treatment quality
• You shape an appreciative, therapeutic milieu and promote the individual development and stabilization of our patients
• You maintain open, respectful, and person-oriented communication

Our requirement profile

• You have a degree as a Certified Nursing Professional HF or Certified Social Pedagogue HF
• Ideally, you bring experience in the psychiatric or psychotherapeutic field
• You encounter people with mental illnesses empathically, professionally, and appreciatively
• You work independently, responsibly, and possess a high capacity for reflection
• You value interprofessional cooperation and possess strong social and self-competencies
• You are interested in psychotherapeutic treatment concepts and ideally possess knowledge of mentalization-based approaches
