In order to strengthen our Life Insurance department, which offers our clients high-level services in claims management, we are looking for a French-speaking legal counsel at 60%, for Life Insurance benefits.
The missions awaiting you:
Handle disputes in the field of accident insurance, prepare decisions on oppositions and legal pleadings
Handle disputes in the field of sickness loss of earnings insurance, negotiate, conciliate and draft legal pleadings
Analyze and respond to legal questions arising from colleagues managing LAA and sickness loss of earnings files, underwriters as well as brokers
Actively participate within the framework of internal projects and training
Your profile:
Master in law or a title deemed equivalent
Ideally a first experience in a similar role in the field of social insurance
French native language and proficiency in German
Proficiency in usual IT tools (MS Office)
