• Work in clinical practice and ensuring high-quality nursing care in an interdisciplinary specialist department with focuses on surgery, medicine and orthopedics
• Analyzing complex patient situations and supporting / advising team members on nursing professional questions
• In cooperation with the nursing expert, jointly responsible for maintaining and improving nursing quality as well as patient safety
• Collaboration in Shared Governance in a committed and dynamic team
• Electronic patient documentation in KISS by EPIC

What you bring with you

• Diploma in Nursing HF or Bachelor of Science in Nursing FH
• Preferably supplemented with a nursing-specific CAS/DAS/HFP, or currently in training/intending to complete this
• 2 years of professional experience desired
• Responsible, committed and motivated personality with high professional and social competences
• Good communication skills
