What you achieve

• You lead a team of around 13 employees in the area of outpatient medical costs.
• You are responsible for the personal development of your employees and work closely with the specialist expert in charge.
• You maintain your network of service providers, customers as well as partners of Suva.
• You work in the management team of the Mitte region as well as in cross-regional working groups and projects.

What you bring

• You bring several years of leadership experience and have ideally pursued further training in the field of leadership.
• You have already been able to gain professional experience in the field of social insurance.
• You understand the Swiss healthcare system with its actors.
• You are ready to travel as part of your activity.
• Your impeccable German skills will ideally be supplemented by good French skills (B1-B2).
