What you achieve Take on leadership. Shape development. Further develop anesthesia nursing together with a strong leadership team. • You take overall responsibility for anesthesia nursing with around 60 employees and shape the leadership together with your leadership team. • You shape structures, processes and the professional orientation of the department and ensure qualification-based personnel deployment planning. • You ensure the quality-oriented implementation of the NDS Anästhesiepflege continuing education. • Together with the anesthesiologists, you initiate and coordinate the anesthesiology offering with the team. • You drive change processes and cross-departmental projects and ensure the flow of information. • You promote cooperation across professional and specialist boundaries. • You combine your leadership role with regular involvement in direct patient care in the OR.
