HR Clerk / HR Clerk Payroll f/m/d

These tasks will inspire you

• Responsible for the correct maintenance of organizational, personnel master, and contract data for an assigned personnel area (payroll and posting runs are executed by the central HR fenaco)
• Recording and processing all payroll-relevant changes from entry to exit, including monthly plausibility and quality assurance work (IKS)
• Clarifying and processing payroll accounting and posting technical questions (account assignment, use of wage types, etc.)
• Analyzing and resolving errors or uncertainties
• Handling tasks in the area of social insurance in connection with AHV, family allowances, EO, health, and accident insurance
• Clarifying and processing questions regarding time management (absences, balances) as well as finance (posting of wage types)
• Creating reports and statistics
• Ensuring the implementation of adjustments and further developments within the area of responsibility
• Contact person for HR Business Partners, HR Service Partners, line managers, employees, as well as finance and time management managers in all payroll matters

We look forward to this profile

• Commercial basic training with completed further training in the area of payroll, social insurance, or HR professional experience in a comparable function
• In-depth knowledge of Swiss payroll specifics
• Good SAP HCM knowledge is an advantage
• Experience in dealing with numbers and questions surrounding social insurance
• Independent, exact, and structured way of working
