We are looking for a field-oriented Production Manager, capable of managing workshops, supporting teams, and guaranteeing daily industrial performance.

Job description ###

You are the engine of production: present on the field, close to the teams, guarantor of quality, deadlines, and flow fluidity. You structure, optimize, and evolve the organization to support growth.

Your responsibilities
Manage production workshops and ensure an active presence on the field

Organize loads, priorities, resources, and manufacturing flows

Guarantee quality, compliance with deadlines, and process stability

Supervise, support, and develop the skills of the teams

Coordinate activities with the Methods, Quality, Logistics, and Industrialization departments

Identify deviations, resolve technical problems, and secure production

Deploy continuous improvement actions and optimize industrial performance

Ensure the monitoring of indicators (KPI), propose solutions, and manage action plans

Contribute to the structuring of the workshop: organization, standards, routines, communication

Profile ###

Proven experience in production management, ideally in a watchmaking, microtechnical, or mechanical environment

Natural leadership, field proximity, ability to unite people

Organizational vision, sense of priorities, and solution orientation

Ease in managing flows, deadlines, and operational issues

Ability to structure a workshop, optimize processes, and support change

Clear communication, team spirit, reliability, and commitment
