Do you want to not only accompany transformation but actively help shape it? Are you attracted to coordinating strategic programs, preparing decisions, and working closely with executives and various specialist departments?

In this role, you are part of the Life business unit in the Strategy & Transformation area at Zurich Schweiz. You support the Life Transformation team in the planning, steering, and implementation of strategic initiatives. In doing so, you work closely with Transformation Management as well as other stakeholders and contribute to creating transparency and ensuring the successful implementation of central transformation projects.

What awaits you

• You coordinate central activities within transformation programs, plan and track work packages, milestones, risks, and dependencies, and ensure transparent reporting.
• You prepare decisions, create management presentations, decision bases, and status reports, and actively engage in dialogue with decision-makers.
• You support Senior Management in the pragmatic, structured, and efficient implementation of strategic initiatives and work closely with various specialist departments and stakeholders to achieve this.
• You analyze measures and action plans in connection with operational events, accompany follow-up steps, and participate in the creation of regulatory documents and communication.
• You identify optimization potential in processes, workflows, and controls and implement simplifications as well as automations - for example with AI tools and digital solutions; additionally, you organize workshops and program meetings including professional preparation and follow-up.

What characterizes you

• University degree or comparable training in business administration, finance, business informatics, or a related field
• Several years of professional experience in a project, program, or transformation environment, ideally in the insurance or financial services industry
• Confident handling of AI tools and digital solutions to simplify workflows and increase quality
• Very good skills in the target-audience-oriented preparation of presentations, reportings, and decision documents, as well as stylish German and English skills
• Strong initiative, high quality standards, willingness to take responsibility, structured and reliable way of working, as well as enjoyment in collaborating with different stakeholders
