With appreciation, joy, and commitment, you accompany our employees in their daily work and promote their individual strengths.  Your mission In our work group, four specialists accompany 15 employees with increased support needs. You pay attention to individual needs and the respective daily form and design a varied, meaningful working day with creativity and flexibility in a protected environment.  What you bring: • Professional training in the social, educational, or pedagogical field • Experience in accompanying people with cognitive and/or multiple impairments • Appreciative and resource-oriented basic attitude as well as creativity and flexibility in designing a varied, meaningful working day • Independent working method, flexibility, and team spirit • Good organizational skills and basic PC knowledge  What you can expect: • Support for people with impairments in the work group's daily work • Promotion and preservation of cognitive, physical, and social skills • Planning and implementation of creative, handicraft, musical, and movement-oriented offers • Instruction in simple work assignments and everyday activities • Co-design of a varied and meaningful working day • Reference person work, promotion planning, and progress documentation • Collaboration in an engaged, resource-oriented team  Would you like to become part of our team?
