Start your career with our trainee program
For 18 to 24 months, we offer committed young talents a comprehensive insight into the entire value chain of the production of meat products and fresh meat. The focus of the trainee program is on the areas of Sales and Product Management. In addition to production, further assignments are based on your interests as well as current company needs. You will thus get to know different company areas and gradually take on responsibility.

In doing so, you will go through several stations at our locations in Gossau, St. Gallen and Bazenheid and work closely with experienced employees.

The assignments are structured and enable you to understand the connections along the entire value chain and participate cross-functionally. With a program individually tailored to you, we prepare you optimally for a future specialist or management function in our company.

These tasks will inspire you

• Supporting product management in the implementation of product launches
• Assistance in the implementation of product and assortment concepts
• Analysis of sales, turnover and assortment data and support in the creation of reports
• Assistance in developing marketing and sales promotion concepts
• Participation in customer projects and annual discussions
• Active participation in the production of meat products and fresh meat
• Support in cross-functional projects and process optimizations

We look forward to this profile

• Completed vocational training in the food industry
• Initial professional experience in sales or in an administrative function is an advantage
• Readiness for further training BP, HF, FH or similar (or in training or already completed)
• Great interest in trade and business management contexts
• Analytical thinking as well as initiative
• Readiness to continuously develop oneself
• Independent, precise and solution-oriented way of working
• Good MS Office skills / SAP skills are an advantage
