ICT System Specialist

Your area of responsibility

• Telephony & Alerting: Installation, administration and support of VoIP and PBX systems (e.g., Yeastar, Mitel, Teams telephony, Swisscom Smart Business Connect Hosted) as well as connection of alarm servers
• Network & OT: Planning, construction and maintenance of networks (routing, switching, VLAN, firewall, WLAN), also for industrial OT environments
• Server, Cloud & Microsoft 365: Operation of Windows Servers (On-Premises and Swisscom DCS), Active Directory, Microsoft 365 as well as backup solutions
• Security & Video: Installation and maintenance of video surveillance systems
• Support & Customer Care: Error analysis, updates, customer training and technical documentation, in cooperation with Swisscom and other technology partners

What you bring with you

• Completed training in computer science, telecommunications or network technology (EFZ or equivalent)
• Sound knowledge in network technology (routing, switching, VLAN, firewalling)
• Experience with VoIP/SIP and telephone systems
• Basic knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory and Microsoft 365
• Independent, structured way of working and enjoyment of customer contact
• Driver's license Cat. B

Advantageous

• Experience with Swisscom Smart Business Connect (Hosted, DCS, Backup as a Service)
• Knowledge of Yeastar, Mitel or Teams telephony
• Experience with Zyxel Nebula, Teltonika or Synology
• Experience with OT networks, alarm servers or video surveillance
• French language skills
