The Staatsanwaltschaft Thurgau is looking for the locations of Bischofszell and Kreuzlingen as of 1 September 2026 or by arrangement, one each Your tasks <br /> • Leading preliminary proceedings including supervision and the right to issue instructions to the police • Effective and efficient conduct of criminal investigations (case management) • Filing of indictments and personal representation of the prosecution before courts of first and second instance • Issuing penal orders, discontinuance, non-prosecution, and suspension orders • Filing of legal remedies • Performing on-call duty <br /> Your profile <br /> • Completed legal studies • Preferably with an attorney patent and/or forensic further training • Qualified knowledge of criminal procedural law and criminal law • Experience in processing criminal cases and appearing in court • Diplomatic skill and assertiveness • An integral, resilient, and conflict-capable personality • Readiness to actively contribute to the team • Swiss citizenship <br /> Our offer A varied, interesting, and responsible activity awaits you at a modern workplace with professional infrastructure.
