Your area of responsibility

Your area of responsibility

• Warm welcome of our guests and courteous guest care
• Check in and check-out of our guests
• Processing and entry of reservations
• Telephone and personal consultation and sale of our offers
• Handling of calls and undertaking of administrative work incl.

cash management

Your profile

• Experience at the reception and reservation of a hotel is an advantage
• Good language skills in German and Italian. Further languages are an advantage
• Good IT skills (preferably MS-Office, PMS Protel Air, )
• cheerful, upbeat and communicative personality
