• General copying orders in the small copy area A4 & A3
• The following devices were operated: Canon IP700, IP750, IP850, Minolta KMC3070, Xerox560, Xerox 7830
• Various tasks in the finishing area such as Wire-o bindings, plastic comb/ Fastback bindings, creasing and various manual folds
• Various orders laminated
• Operating the cash register
• Material orders
• Professional and competent telephone and personal customer advice
• Creating layouts for small orders such as business cards, flyers

Large format area

• Assigning general copying orders in the large format area to the corresponding machines, printing, cutting, folding, sorting, quality control and preparing for shipment, this from data or from templates
• The following devices were operated: HP PageWide8000, HP PageWide4000, with software TG Plott & HP SmartStream, various HP plotters such as HP Z6100, HP T7100, HP Z5600, HP Z6810, HP Z6810
• Flatbed-Near Offset area
• The following flatbed devices are operated: FB550, Summa-S-Klass, edging device including software ProductionHouse RIP
• Data handling – sending and partly processing the files
• Preparing files from the internal project space
• Checking the delivery notes for further processing in administration
• Scanning various plans
• Telephone and personal customer advice
• Creating corresponding offers for various printing orders
