Nurse (M/F/D) Permanent Contract at 80% \- EMS Mont\-Riant La Fondation Saphir, a multi-mission and multi-site foundation (psychogeriatrics, geriatrics, adult psychiatry), is active in the medico-social field in the canton of Vaud and in the reception and support of people whose physical and mental integrity is fragile during their life process. In order to support our service as part of a maternity leave replacement, we are looking for our establishment EMS Mont\-Riant in Yverdon\-les\-Bains, which welcomes 56 People and is specialized in the field of late-life psychiatry: Nurse (M/F/D) Permanent Contract at 80% \- EMS Mont\-Riant Whatever their function, the professionals of Fondation Saphir have a common goal: to support People daily to allow them to concretely experience the institutional strategy of "like at home" services. That is to say, to preserve their habits as much as possible, to offer a response adapted to their wishes and, through real interprofessional collaboration, to allow the well-being and happiness of the People. As a nurse, you ensure preventive, therapeutic, rehabilitative, and palliative nursing care under the supervision of the support manager and the doctor. You have a continuous reflective practice that allows you to evaluate and analyze, among others, the biopsychosocial and spiritual dimensions of the People. You manage all medical emergencies and will activate emergency procedures as needed. Furthermore, you participate in examinations and observations for the purpose of medical diagnosis. Through your values centered on the Person, you establish a relationship of trust with the People and their entourage, by creating a safe environment adapted to their needs. YOUR BACKGROUND \- YOUR QUALITIES AND COMPETENCIES Bachelor in nursing or recognized equivalence Sense of observation allowing for the rapid evaluation of a complex situation and the orientation of interventions to avoid hospitalizations or falls Non-medicinal vision Strong sense of responsibility and proven leadership Dynamic, attentive, flexible, adaptable, and organized Attitude centered on the well-being of the Person Proficiency in spoken and written French as well as proficiency in IT tools (Carefolio) Knowledge of the Swiss health system is an asset WE OFFER YOU The possibility to work in an environment rich in contacts.
