Building drafter 80-100% CDI (H/F/D)

Responsibilities

• Create pre-project, project, execution, and detail plans
• Establish technical files and documents necessary for the different phases of projects
• Model and update projects on Archicad
• Collaborate closely with architects and various project stakeholders
• Ensure follow-up and adaptation of plans according to the evolution of mandates
• Ensure the quality, accuracy, and compliance of documents produced
• Participate actively in the coordination and smooth running of projects

Profile

• CFC in Building drafting
• Good mastery of Archicad or willingness to quickly develop skills on this software
• Excellent technical understanding and attention to detail
• Ability to work autonomously while appreciating team work
• Curious, proactive, and motivated personality
