YOUR CAREER PATH Many of our managers started their careers as Domino's Experts. After your induction, you will learn all areas of our operations step by step. With growing experience, you can take on additional responsibility and develop internally – depending on performance. Depending on experience, you start as a Domino's Expert or Assistant Store Manager and have the opportunity to develop into a Store Manager in the long term. YOUR TASKS Daily store life is varied and practical. Around 80% of your work takes place in the operational area. You work actively with your team and are in the middle of the action. Prepare fresh pizzas and other products according to Domino's standards Serve and advise guests in a friendly manner Take orders Ensure perfect quality and hygiene Carry out deliveries with the e-scooter if required Train and support new employees Motivate the team and provide excellent service together Ensure order and cleanliness in the entire restaurant With increasing responsibility, you will additionally take on administrative tasks (approx. 20%), such as: Staff scheduling Organization of daily business Ordering and goods management Inventory Cash management Controlling Support in sales, personnel, and goods planning Implementation of Domino's standards and company goals WHAT YOU BRING More important to us than many years of leadership experience are motivation, commitment, and the will to take on responsibility. You fit with us if you: enjoy working with people want to take on responsibility have the desire to develop personally and professionally are reliable and resilient enjoy practical work and teamwork is important to you are flexible and also work in shifts have good German language skills Ideally, you already have experience in gastronomy, retail, or the food sector. Initial leadership experience is an advantage, but not a requirement. For delivery trips, you need a driving license of category A1, A or possibly European AM. If you do not have one of these categories but have a Swiss B driving license (car), you can quickly and easily apply for a learner's permit for category A1. You can receive this within 1 week and with it, you can already start working with us (after successful trial days).
