ZENBU is our sushi brand for retail and has been delighting customers since 2018 with fresh sushi, sashimi, soups, and warm dishes. In selected Coop branches, ZENBU brings a modern, diverse product range for all sushi lovers directly into everyday life. ### Tasks • Production of sushi, sashimi, and soups in front of the guest in our sushi islands in the Coop supermarket • Guest-oriented work including providing information about the general offer, including allergy labeling and Daily Specials • Team-oriented collaboration with the Zenbu team • Co-responsibility for orders, goods receipt, opening, closing, and inventory management • Ensuring a constantly high quality of food • Compliance with hygiene and quality standards in the kitchen Requirements • Interest in food preparation - lateral entrants welcome • Flexible willingness to work and commitment to shift and weekend duties (Sundays generally free, except for Sunday sales) • Independent personality with a passion for the cooking profession and joy in guest contact • Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays • German language skills at B1 level in word and writing, additional languages are a plus What we offer Your contact person Nina Berlinecke, Human Resources
