Teamleader In-house Logistics

What you can achieve

• You lead a team of around 20 employees, promote their development, and together with them, ensure the reliable inbound and outbound storage as well as the supply of the work areas with containers.
• Together with your team, you are responsible for the timely dispatch of inter-center connections and ensure smooth transport and transshipment processes in compliance with safety and quality specifications.
• As a strong leadership duo, you and your deputy create the prerequisites for efficient and smooth operational processes.
• Together, you create the deployment planning and design goal-oriented team meetings.
• You further develop your employees based on clear goals and support them as a coach in their daily work.
• By actively participating in day-to-day business, you support your team and lead by example.

What you bring with you

• You have completed a basic training EFZ and possess a federal professional certificate (eidgenössischer Fachausweis) in the field of logistics or leadership, or a comparable further education, or are willing to complete it.
• You have sound experience in leading employees as well as in logistics or sorting logistics.
• You possess a valid forklift license and bring the necessary physical resilience for active participation in the operational environment.
• Thanks to your strong organizational skills, you maintain an overview even in hectic situations, set the right priorities, recognize the needs of your employees, and promote open, appreciative, and transparent cooperation.
• The working hours are in the early shift from 06:30-15:00, in the late shift from 14:05-23:00. This also includes occasional weekend shifts on Saturdays or Sundays.
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing as well as confident handling of MS Office round off your profile.
