To complement our team in Rothenburg (LU), we are looking for a motivated and qualified personality as a Customer Service Advisor Commercial Vehicles & Passenger Cars.

Your tasks ###

• Responsibility for the coordination and execution of repairs and maintenance work on commercial vehicles and passenger cars
• Performing order entries, order processing, and repair calculations
• Appointment scheduling for the repairs of customer vehicles (panel beating, painting & locksmithing)
• Reception as well as delivery of customer vehicles
• Ensuring a smooth customer service process and an excellent customer experience
• Supporting the operations manager in the management and organization of the facility
• Maintenance of insurance, financing, and garage partners (15 active partnerships)
• Ensuring compliance with quality standards and guidelines
• Assistance in the leadership, motivation, and further development of employees

Our requirements ###

• Apprenticeship as a Carrosseriespengler EFZ, Carrosserielackierer EFZ, or Fahrzeugschlosser EFZ
• Industry-specific further training is an advantage
• Professional experience in customer service or in the field of vehicle repairs
• Experience in creating calculations with SilverDat is an advantage
• Organizational talent with high problem-solving competence
• High degree of customer orientation and excellent communication skills
• Resilience and flexibility for a dynamic working environment
• Team spirit and the ability to work effectively with different departments
• Independence and an efficient way of working
