To strengthen the HR team, we are looking for a committed and precise personality for the independent management of payroll administration. We are looking for a Payroll Specialist 80-100% Your main tasks: • Payroll processing: Independent, timely, and precise salary processing for several mandates in Western Switzerland. • Data maintenance: Reliable recording of time management data, absences, allowances, and expenses. • Absence management: Routine processing of sickness and accident reports as well as insurance settlements. • Consulting: Competent contact point for employees regarding questions about wages, expenses, and social security. • Projects: Active participation in annual financial statements, payroll projects, and process optimizations. Qualifications Your profile: • Education: Commercial basic training with further HR training (e.g., HR Assistant, Payroll or Social Insurance Specialist). • Expertise: Sound knowledge of OR, labor law, withholding tax, and social security; knowledge from the construction industry is an advantage. • Way of working: Independent, analytical, structured, and maintaining an overview even in hectic times. • Personality: Reliable team player with a high service orientation. • Language skills: Business fluent French (level C1) as a mandatory must-have for the support of locations in Romandie (Lausanne etc.); stylish German.
