In the Viscosistadt in Emmenbrücke, we offer around 40 workplaces for people with mental health impairments. Our operation produces around 300 meals daily for the Nylon 7 canteen, the HSLU Design, Film & Kunst kiosk, the event and catering business. To supplement our existing team, we are looking for our location in Emmenbrücke, effective immediately Skilled Gastronomy Professional on an Hourly Wage (m/w/d) You can look forward to the following tasks • Daily responsibility in canteen service • Ensuring a structured, hygienic, smooth, and guest-oriented process in daily business and compliance with processes (e.g. HACCP and safety guidelines) • Accompanying, providing technical support, and instructing our employees with performance impairments in their daily work • Technical planning, definition, and further development of gastronomic processes in the areas of canteen, catering, and services With this profile, you are exactly right for us • Completed training as a restaurateur EFZ or system gastronomy specialist EFZ • Several years of practical/professional experience in the gastronomy industry • Sales talent with high social competence and pronounced organizational skills • Experience in dealing with people with mental health difficulties is an advantage or interest, respectively, willingness to further develop in this area • IT user knowledge (MS Office) and stylistically correct German in word and writing • Committed, resilient, and flexible personality with the ability to act in a solution-oriented manner This is what you can expect • Flexible and meaningful activity in a social enterprise with a motivated team • Progressive employment conditions with attractive and diverse fringe benefits • Individual opportunities for further education and training • Workplace in a central location in Emmenbrücke Have we sparked your interest?
