Design Architect (80-100%)

The Totalunternehmung Immobilien plans and realizes buildings and developments throughout Central Switzerland. The company accompanies construction projects from the first idea through project management, planning, and financing to complete implementation, as well as sales or rental and management. The office also acts as a builder in most cases, which means that the time management of the respective objects is regulated internally. This is reflected in optimal work processes and the satisfaction of the employees. Due to the promotion of an employee, we are looking for a versatile and experienced design architect (80-100%)   Your tasks. In a team of 9 project developers and planners, you will develop the basics for the projects according to the specifications. You develop solution approaches and variant studies, create feasibility studies, develop concepts, designs, and construction inputs using ArchiCAD. You coordinate specialist planners, external visualizations, and model builders, and you develop attractive color and material concepts. Preliminary clarifications with authorities, neighbors, and third parties are also part of your broad range of tasks. Your profile. You are a dipl. architect with a university degree and ideally have several years of experience in designing complex buildings in the Swiss market. You have your professional focus in the area of development and planning up to and including construction input and are amiliar with CAD programs (preferably ArchiCAD) and 3D visualization. You have an eye for high-quality architecture and a good sense of its efficient and customer-oriented implementation.
