Condominium Property Manager

Introduction

Since 1993, Harsch Immobilien-Treuhand AG has stood for sound competence and reliability in real estate management. Our portfolio includes properties in the entire Linthgebiet as well as in the adjacent regions of March, Höfe, Glarnerland, Gasterland, and See-Gaster. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated personality for the care of our condominium owner communities.

Tasks

In this versatile position, you will undertake the following tasks, among others:

• Independent management of condominium owner communities
• Organization and management of owners' meetings
• Preparation of budgets and annual financial statements
• Coordination and supervision of maintenance and renovation work
• Maintaining relationships with owners and service providers
• Ensuring professional and efficient administration

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you ideally bring the following qualifications:

• Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification
• Further training in the real estate sector (e.g., Immobilienbewirtschafter/in with eidg. Fachausweis) is an advantage
• Possible experience in the management of condominium ownership
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
• Good IT knowledge (MS Office, management software)
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form
