Coordinator / Coordinator Product Data & Label Management (m/f/d)

For our location in Gossau SG or Bazenheid, we are looking for a committed and structured personality to complement our team.

In this versatile function, you will take on a central role at the interface between product management, IT, quality assurance, production, sales and operational processes.

The position is suitable for individuals with a high affinity for IT, a structured way of working and enjoyment in understanding and shaping connections in systems, data and processes. You will be given the opportunity to further develop existing structures and to help shape the product data and label management area in a sustainable way.

These tasks will inspire you

• Maintenance and updating of master data in SAP and other systems
• Responsibility for label management including creation, maintenance and coordination of spontaneous print runs/sleeves
• Responsibility for the creation, maintenance and updating of label layouts in cooperation with IT
• Management and updating of logos, layout templates and other print-relevant design elements
• Support in the implementation of product management projects
• Organization and coordination of the Spring/Summer and Autumn/Winter catalog processes

We look forward to this profile

• Commercial basic training desirable
• Further education in the food sector, business administration, marketing or similar (in training or already completed) an advantage
• Experience in dealing with master data, ERP systems or product-related data an advantage
• Good SAP knowledge or the willingness to work deeply into SAP processes
• Experience in the creation and maintenance of layouts, labels or print-relevant documents an advantage
• Structured, careful and independent way of working with high quality awareness as well as IT affinity
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
• Proficient use of Office programs
• Good target-group-oriented, communicative skills and hands-on mentality
