What you can contribute

• Lead the building operations employees to ensure the complete operation of facilities, buildings, objects and machines - maintenance and upkeep - in normal as well as exceptional situations
• Participate, as a representative of the operator, in the support of armasuisse construction projects, from advising specialized planners to optimizing the operation of medium to large-scale construction projects
• Organize meetings with the troops and other managers regarding the use and coordination of infrastructures assigned to schools, repetition courses (CR) and civil events
• Plan and supervise maintenance and landscaping work, control work orders and plan the necessary operating material, including stock management and purchasing.
• Monitor and maintain all technical installations to ensure their proper functioning and safety

What makes you unique

• Completed initial vocational training in a technical or artisanal field, validated by a federal certificate of capacity, or training in the field of building maintenance project management or building technology
• Driving licenses categories B and C, as well as availability to perform on-call services and intervene outside of working hours
• Flexible personality, demonstrating rigor and autonomy, with good technical analysis and assertion skills
• Acute sense of service, with a customer-oriented attitude and teamwork
• Good oral and written knowledge of a second official language
