What you accomplish:

• Direction and implementation of cross-functional projects and initiatives in operations, for example the implementation of modern workforce management
• Structuring complex issues and transforming them into concrete and feasible solutions
• Analysis of data, processes, and performance as a basis for decisions and improvement measures
• Technical and digital implementation on the business side in close collaboration with IT, product management, and other interfaces
• Management of implementation across different departments and stakeholders, from design to operational anchoring

Why you succeed:

• Very good university degree (economic, scientific, or equivalent specialization)
• Several years of experience in the direction and implementation of demanding projects, ideally in an operations, service, or transformation environment
• Experience with digital or technological projects and a good understanding of the collaboration between the business department and IT
• High analytical competence and the ability to transform data into concrete knowledge, decisions, and measures
• Pronounced execution competence, autonomy, and a practical mindset as well as the ability to bring different stakeholders together for common solutions
