At Stiftung Hirsacker, over 60 employees currently work, accompanying 27 people with support needs. We want to further develop our organization and are therefore looking for employees who contribute their knowledge and skills with commitment. In this position, you accompany and care for people with support needs, including those from the autism spectrum, in everyday residential life.

Assistant (50 % to 80 %) Accompanied Daily Activities ##

These are your tasks:

• You accompany and support people with support needs and promote their self-determination and participation
• Together with our specialist employees, you actively help shape the daily working life of our clients with meaningful, life-oriented, and structured daily activities - whether in manual, creative, or nature-related work areas
• You accompany during excursions and events
• You observe and document and also take on nursing as well as caregiving tasks

This is your profile:

• Ideally, you have a completed vocational training EBA or EFZ, or training as an Assistant in Health and Social Affairs AGS or as a Nursing Assistant SRK, and professional experience in the accompaniment and promotion of people with support needs, ideally from the autism spectrum
• You have PC skills
• You have good oral and written German skills
• You possess a driving license (Category B)
