This is what you can achieve • Support the technical maintenance of the Electronic Key Management System (EKMS) and the associated IKT resources for the benefit of the Swiss Army • Create concepts, analyses, clarifications, and reports, as well as build up specialist expertise and contribute to the use of EKMS • Verify and implement firmware and software changes, as well as maintain the virtual VMware ESXi server infrastructure, including backup management and user support • Develop and maintain system documentation for EKMS and the associated IKT resources, and contribute to configuration management • Contribute to the creation of information security and data protection concepts • Make contributions to regulations, training, and operation-specific needs This is what you bring • Completed university or higher vocational training in a technical field (e.g., computer science or electrical engineering) or equivalent education and training (IT security area an advantage) and/or several years of professional experience • Willingness to work on ICT topics and cryptography, as well as continuous further education, SAP knowledge desirable • Very good German and English language skills (B2) in word and writing, as well as good French language skills (B1) • Analytical, independent, and reliable working method with pronounced technical understanding • Committed, resilient, and team- and customer-oriented personality with an independent and responsible working method • Swiss nationality (function-related) and driver's license category B, willingness to perform regular piket services Salary and benefits Around 3000 employees of RUAG and RUAG Real Estate make a significant contribution to the security of Switzerland every day.
