(Junior) ERP-Consultant (a) anica ag is an owner-managed software and consulting company based in Gisikon. Since its founding, the company has been accompanying SMEs from various industries in the digitalization of their business processes and develops tailor-made solutions for practice with its ERP solution IN:ERP. To strengthen the ERP team, we are looking for a committed personality for anica ag as an ERP Consultant, who combines technical understanding with consulting competence and accompanies customers during the introduction and further development of modern ERP solutions. Your challenge The function combines customer consulting and technical implementation in equal parts and offers you the opportunity to accompany ERP projects holistically. You are responsible for the following areas: Analysis & Consulting Analysis of business processes and recording of customer requirements Conception of practical ERP solutions for SMEs Consulting customers during the entire project course Conducting workshops and user training ERP Implementation & Process Design Parameterization and configuration of the ERP solution Collaboration on interfaces and technical adjustments Support with migrations and system extensions Collaboration with software development and internal specialists Customer Care & Further Development Long-term support of existing customers Participation in varied ERP projects Continuous optimization of existing solutions and processes Your qualities and talents Technical education and further training at HF, FH, or university level (BSc/MSc) in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable field of study At least 1-2 years of professional experience in development or in the ERP environment; experience in an industrial or production-related environment is an advantage Good knowledge of SQL; knowledge in the areas of customizing and interfaces is an advantage Enjoyment of customer contact as well as the optimization of business processes Independent, pragmatic, and solution-oriented way of working Proficient German as well as understanding of Swiss German; knowledge of dialects is an advantage You do not want to just accompany ERP projects technically, but actively support companies in digitalization?
