What you will achieve with us

• You actively help out on the sales floor and, with your positive charisma, are a role model for the entire team.
• You support the store management with important tasks such as personnel scheduling, achieving common goals, and implementing our concepts.
• In the absence of the store management, you take full responsibility and manage the store independently and with a confident sense.
• With your open manner, you advise our customers competently and create an atmosphere in which everyone feels comfortable.

• You have completed training in retail and ideally bring initial leadership experience.
• You are a dedicated and motivated personality who enjoys taking on responsibility and developing a team.

• You communicate confidently in German.
