Your tasks

At the center is the personal care of VIP guests as well as the coordination of all relevant services, this includes:

• The processing and implementation of individual VIP guest wishes in close coordination with all involved departments
• The use of guest information, preferences, and feedback for the targeted further development of the VIP Guest Experience
• The creation of the daily VIP report as well as planning and preparation of the VIP Guest Amenities before arrival
• The care of VIP guests on-site including In Room Check in and Check out as well as solution-oriented handling of complaints with traceable documentation
• The organization and accompaniment of special VIP events and delegations as well as cooperation in the Private Butler Service of the Top Suites

Your profile

• Completed training in the field of hospitality or gastronomy
• Professional experience in a comparable function, ideally in 4 to 5 star hospitality
• Very good IT knowledge as well as confident handling of digital guest systems
• Independent, structured, and resilient way of working with a high service orientation
• Confident appearance, discretion, and strong host mentality
• Stylish German as well as very good English skills, other languages an advantage
