Customer Advisor Inside Sales (m/w/d) – Technical Consulting & Sales Tasks in this job Customer care: You are the central point of contact for our customers and are responsible for the entire order processing – from quote creation to ordering. Consulting: You support our customers with customized sales and technical solutions that meet their needs. Coordination: You monitor and organize deliveries to ensure a smooth process. Knowledge & Experience Training: You have completed technical or commercial training – ideally with initial experience or a passion for the electrical industry Experience: You have professional experience in inside sales and project work (an advantage) Languages: Very good German spoken and written, English an advantage. IT skills: You are confident in the use of MS Office; SAP knowledge is an advantage, but not a must – we will teach it to you.
