Deputy as Teacher/Special Needs Educator for Individual Offer, 35-55%

Our institution has developed over time into a modern center for special education, which covers today's needs in the special and social pedagogical field with a diverse range of offers. In the areas of special school, boarding school, therapy, integrative special pedagogical measures, services, and administration, around 240 people work. In the area of day special school, we conduct an individual offer for six students of all age groups in the Olten area on behalf of the school authority. For our small class Schulinsel Fuxbau (individual offer) in Ifenthal, we are looking for a deputy as a teacher/special needs educator for individual offer, 35-55% from August 1, 2026, to July 31, 2027. Help shape... • Teaching & Promotion: You accompany and support children and young people in an individual setting (mostly 1:1). You design a structured, promotion-oriented everyday life in the schoolhouse and during outdoor activities. • Case management & promotion planning: You develop and review individual promotion goals and work closely with colleagues. • Teamwork: You enrich our team with your skills to promote the self and social competence of students and create a hands-on learning environment. • Nature & experiential education: You develop meaningful connections between nature and experiential education and school content together with the team.
