Your task

• Technical, personnel, and organizational management of construction sites
• Independent support and processing of construction projects from planning to completion
• Planning, organization, and coordination of construction site processes
• Responsibility for the economical and timely use of personnel, inventory, material, and external services
• Coordination and cooperation with clients, architects, and other project participants
• Monitoring of quality, deadlines, and costs
• Execution and coordination of surveying work
• Cost planning, cost control, and ongoing project monitoring
• Ensuring compliance with occupational safety and quality standards

Your profile

• Completed further training as a dipl. Techniker/in HF Bauführung or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience as a construction manager, ideally in structural engineering
• Good knowledge of MS Office and handling digital work tools
• Entrepreneurial thinking and good cost awareness
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Independent, reliable, and structured way of working
• Responsible, team-oriented, and down-to-earth personality
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working with various project participants
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
