An established company in the field of sustainable circular economy with a presence in the DACH region is looking for an IT System Engineer (m/f/d) at the Bern location. The position offers the opportunity to participate in the further development of modern IT infrastructures as a central interface between local departments and the central IT organization. We are looking for a committed individual with sound experience in IT infrastructure projects, Microsoft technologies, and cloud solutions, who works independently and drives digitalization initiatives.

Your Task ##

• Support and further development of the Microsoft 365 and cloud infrastructure
• Analysis of complex IT malfunctions in 2nd-level support
• Planning and implementation of server and network migrations
• Coordination of project participants and creation of technical documentation
• Advising departments on IT topics and digitalization initiatives

Your Profile ##

• Completed IT training or comparable qualification required
• Several years of experience in IT infrastructure and project work necessary
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft 365 and cloud technologies required
• Strong communication skills as well as independent and solution-oriented way of working
• Very good German and English skills are required
