WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Guarantee the reliability, integrity, and compliance of the company's financial information
Supervise all accounting activities and ensure the smooth running of monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
Manage treasury and liquidity by ensuring the monitoring of cash flows, financing, and banking relationships
Ensure the effectiveness of the internal control system and financial risk management
Lead relations with external auditors, the annual closing, and the preparation of the annual report
Supervise, develop, and support a small team
Lead transformation, digitalization, and continuous improvement projects of financial processes
Collaborate with the different functions of the company to support the growth and performance of the organization
Guarantee compliance with regulations, Group directives, and best financial practices
WHAT YOU BRING:
Federal diploma in finance and accounting or Chartered Accountant diploma
10 to 15 years of professional experience in financial and accounting functions, ideally in an industrial/manufacturing environment
Proven experience in team management and development
Strong orientation towards ERP systems and the digitalization of financial processes; knowledge of Infor or an equivalent ERP is an asset
Proven experience in leading continuous improvement and organizational transformation projects
Solid skills in internal control, financial governance, and risk management
Proficiency in French and ability to operate in a French-German bilingual environment
Natural leadership, excellent organizational skills, and a strong results orientation
