YOUR TASKS

• You ensure the proper functioning of our technical building infrastructure
• You perform maintenance, upkeep, and repair work on technical installations
• You take charge of our HVAC installations and resolve breakdowns in an efficient and sustainable manner
• You monitor and optimize technical systems and processes
• You document your work in activity and material reports
• You perform on-call services and support internal and external stakeholders for technical questions

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed technical professional training in the field of building technology or a similar discipline
• Experience in the maintenance of technical installations as well as knowledge in the fields of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC)
• Ideally experience with the Siemens Desigo CC building management system
• Autonomous, reliable, and solution-oriented work style
• Team spirit as well as pleasure in collaborating with different stakeholders
• Residence within a radius of approximately 30 minutes of Clinique St. Anna for on-call interventions
