As an reinforcement of our team in Wolfhalden AR, we are looking for, immediately or by arrangement, a Logistics Specialist EFZ - Warehouse & Shipping (f/m/d) 100% Your responsible tasks include, among others: • Recording and entering factory certificates • Checking, controlling and archiving delivery notes and invoices • Processing of empty container shipments • Organization and execution of shipping processes • Posting of goods movements in the system • Professional scrapping and disposal of material • Carrying out inventories and stock controls • Ensuring efficient material and warehouse management • Inbound and outbound storage of materials • Carrying out tests according to testing instructions (e.g. after incoming inspection of wire) Requirements: Technical requirements • Completed vocational training (ideally in the technical or logistical field) • Experience as an operational employee or in a comparable function • Knowledge of IT systems as well as ideally in material testing • Possession of a valid forklift license • SAP knowledge is an advantage Personal requirements • Reliable, independent and structured way of working • High degree of commitment and perseverance • Initiative as well as teamwork skills Further requirements • Readiness for flexible working hours • Very good German skills in speaking and writing (min.
