Do you enjoy working with people? Would you like to commit yourself to our nursing team for the Pflegewohngruppe Triemlipark 1 with a focus on gerontopsychiatry from 1 November 2026 or by arrangement?

Tasks ##

• As a nursing contact person, you are responsible for the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the nursing process, involving the social environment and the internal and external network.
• You shape everyday life in a family-like setting, together with the residents, where communal cooking and housekeeping are just as much a part of it as the design of leisure activities.
• You actively and enthusiastically commit to the further development of the nursing services in your residential group by contributing yourself and your ideas and helping to shape the broad scope of action.
• You support trainees and students of various training programs in the health and social sectors in the development of their competencies.

Profile ##

• Passion for the concept of nursing residential groups
• A degree recognized by the SRK as a diplomierte Pflegefachperson (HF/FH) with training or experience in the field of psychiatry/social psychiatry, supported living forms.
• You value a high degree of independence and enjoy contributing your diverse interests - whether in cooking, designing various everyday activities, or supporting residents in their health challenges.
• You enjoy taking responsibility in a manageable team with different vocational training qualifications.
• Experience in the care of people with psychiatric illnesses is an advantage, but not a requirement.

The Pflegewohngruppen of the Gesundheitszentren für das Alter consist of manageable residential communities and are specialized in the needs of people with dementia and people with psychiatric clinical pictures. The Pflegewohngruppen are located in various quarters of the Stadt Zürich. Here you will work together with between 6-10 colleagues.
