Your tasks

You assume co-responsibility for the leadership and organization of a medical inpatient ward with a focus on oncology/hematology. In daily leadership, you manage the personnel and operational processes together with the department management and contribute to a stable and efficient ward operation. You promote and accompany the professional and personal development of your employees and design a structured induction for new team members. You create the framework conditions that enable high-quality and patient-centered care and actively contribute to the further development of processes and structures. You live a constructive, interprofessional, and interdisciplinary cooperation in everyday life and promote it in a targeted manner.

Your profile

You are a certified nursing professional with at least two years of professional experience, ideally in a medical specialty. You have leadership training or possess the willingness to complete it. You convince through high social and self-competence, pronounced organizational skills, as well as structured and solution-oriented thinking and action. As a committed personality, you take responsibility, actively shape changes, and enjoy accompanying your team in its development, strengthening employees, and jointly creating sustainable solutions for a demanding nursing everyday life.
