Company Introduction

Within Swatch Group Gems, a purchasing center specializing in small diamonds, precious stones, and other gems, you contribute to the performance and securing of supplies for the Group's watch brands.
In an international and demanding environment, you take charge of the purchasing activities related to your portfolio: needs analysis, sourcing, calls for tender, negotiation, supplier monitoring, and coordination with internal partners.

Job Description

o Support the brands in expressing their needs and propose suitable procurement solutions.
o Identify, evaluate, and develop a panel of reliable, competitive suppliers that comply with the Group's requirements.
o Manage calls for tender, analyze offers, and conduct commercial negotiations.
o Monitor supplier performance in terms of price, quality, deadlines, service, and commercial conditions.
o Anticipate supply risks and contribute to the continuous improvement of purchasing practices.
o For the strategic aspect, participate in the evolution and deployment of the purchasing strategy.

Profile

o Higher education in purchasing, supply chain, international trade, or equivalent.
o Proven experience in purchasing, ideally in an international or industrial environment.
o Good mastery of purchasing processes: sourcing, RFQ, negotiation, contracting, and supplier monitoring.
o Ease with digital, analysis, and reporting tools.
o Analytical mind, rigor, integrity, and sense of responsibility.
o Autonomy, proactivity, solution orientation, and ability to collaborate with various interlocutors.
