Tasks and Requirements ##

In the Finance & Controlling area, exciting tasks involving numbers and data await you.

Your tasks ##

In the Finance & Controlling area, we are looking for interns with a flair for numbers who will support our teams in the following areas depending on the field of application:

• In accounts payable - from invoice processing to monitoring cash discounts
• In accounts receivable - from invoicing including processing of collection fees to processing incoming and outgoing payments
• Participation in monthly and annual financial statements of the business units
• Participation in the creation of reportings
• In project accounting: from the mutation of project master data to the processing of financial project items
• At the front desk: from handling telephone calls and emails in several languages to the assignment of business cases to the back office

Other tasks may include:

• Support in the organization of team meetings and events
• Minute-taking in team meetings
• Ensuring internal mail distribution
• Processing inquiries from internal and external partners
• Clarifications with suppliers and customers

Commercial or Business School ###

During the internship, you acquire professional experience in the company as a supplement to the school-organized basic training. If you also obtain the Federal Vocational Baccalaureate (Berufsmatura), the access to a University of Applied Sciences is open to you.

Private Commercial School ###

During the internship, you acquire professional experience in the company as a supplement to the commercial basic training at a private commercial school. With the EFZ, you can enter professional life or pursue further training.

Gymnasium / Matura ###

After the Matura, you gain your first professional experience in an office and thereby fulfill the requirements for studying at a University of Applied Sciences.
