Adolescent Medicine Your tasks • You take over the professional and organizational management of the Adolescent Medicine department, actively shape its further development, and assume leadership responsibility as part of the management physician team of General Pediatrics. • The medical primary responsibility for the inpatient and outpatient treatment of adolescents with psychosomatic illnesses, eating disorders, chronic fatigue syndrome, as well as other complex clinical pictures, lies within your area of responsibility. • In close cooperation with Child and Adolescent Psychiatry as well as Psychology, you advise and care for patients consultatively in various specialist areas. • With your expertise, you develop and establish innovative treatment concepts and sustainably shape the further development of adolescent medicine. • Furthermore, you engage with pleasure in the training, advanced training, and continuing education of physicians as well as in interprofessional knowledge transfer. Your profile • FMH Child and Adolescent Medicine, general pediatric specialist competence • Specialist title or analogous in psychosomatic and psychosocial medicine desired • Proven clinical experience in the area of outpatient and inpatient psychosomatics for adolescents • Communication skills in dealing with adolescents, their parents/families, and in the treatment team • High team competence, joy, and appreciative sense for interprofessional cooperation • Cooperative leadership style, willingness to assume responsibility, ability for strategic-conceptual project work Your salary ## Your gross salary for a 100% workload is expected to be between 220'000 and 240'000 Franken per year. The exact level of salary depends on your education and professional experience. In the course of the selection process, we will determine your salary based on our salary guidelines. Applicants who do not yet possess the required knowledge or experience may, in individual cases, also be classified below the salary range.
