APN Nursing Expert (w/m/d) 80% # Inpatient services, acute wards, Klinik Luzern and Sarnen from 1 September 2026 or by arrangement Your tasks ## • Your area of application includes five acute wards: 3 general psychiatric wards in Luzern and 2 in Sarnen, with a new treatment concept (integrated care in all settings from inpatient to home treatment with "Weddinger Modell" and "Open Dialogue") • Activity in direct clinical practice in cooperation with social networks • Advising and coaching the treatment teams • Further development of interdisciplinary treatment concepts involving the target groups • Design, implementation and evaluation of workshops • Leading and participating in internal and regional projects • Professional leadership and cooperation with the nursing specialists as well as within the nursing expert team • Participation in specialist networks and attendance at congresses • Co-supervision of student internships (Bachelor/Master) Your profile ## • Completed Master's degree in nursing science or willingness to complete it • Professional experience as a nursing professional in a psychiatric environment • Willingness to complete the "Open Dialogue" further training • Strong initiative and self-organization • Trialogical way of thinking and approach • Readiness for innovation and joy in developing your own APN role and driving change processes • Experience in project management Advantages ## • High degree of creative freedom • Mutual learning within the nursing expert team • Further education contract for Master's studies and Open Dialogue further training • Careful introduction to the versatile field of activity Special features ## • Independent planning of working hours (annual working hours, hybrid) • New infrastructure in Sarnen with a novel, innovative care model • Great staff restaurants • Nearby recreational area More Contact ## Do you wish to receive more detailed information about this position or have a non-binding exchange?
