Estimator / Specialist Tendering Structural Engineering

Your field of activity

• You are responsible for the estimation of structural engineering projects and prepare tenders as well as bills of quantities from submission to the evaluation of offers
• Based on plans and models, you determine quantities and ensure a reliable basis for tenders and awards
• In close cooperation with project managers, architects, and specialist planners, you coordinate tenders and clarify technical details
• You analyze contractor offers, create offer comparisons, participate in award negotiations, and actively contribute your experience to the further development of our working methods

Your foundation

• You have basic training in construction and bring several years of experience in the estimation and tendering of construction projects in Switzerland
• With your structured and precise way of working and your strong sense of quality, you maintain an overview even with complex tasks
• Ideally, you have experience with construction administration programs and are interested in BIM as well as digital working methods
• As a team-oriented personality, you convince through initiative, sense of responsibility, and a solution-oriented way of working
